END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR INFLUENCER+

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and INFLUENCER+ (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) for the use of the INFLUENCER+ mobile application (the “App”). By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. LICENSE GRANT

1.1. License. Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2. Restrictions. You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s features, systems, or networks.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

**2. USER CONTENT

2.1. User Content. You may submit, post, or display content through the App, including text, images, videos, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your User Content in connection with the App.

2.2. Content Guidelines. You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to submit any content that is:

  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Unlawful, deceptive, or misleading.
  1. PRIVACY

3.1. Data Collection. We may collect and use information about your use of the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3.2. Account Information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

4.1. Updates. We may provide updates to the App to improve its functionality or security. You are encouraged to install these updates.

4.2. Support. We may provide customer support, the availability of which may be subject to change without notice.

  1. TERMINATION

5.1. Termination by User. You may uninstall the App at any time. Your license will terminate upon such action.

5.2. Termination by Company. We may terminate or suspend your license for violating this EULA or for other reasons.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
